Anyone wishing to use our new on-line facilities to request repeat prescriptions can now do so - please contact Reception to request a user log-in and password. (Patients who have been using the old prescription request service must also be given a new log-in and password as the old system is no longer running). We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this change over period. Please contact the Surgery if you have any queries or concerns.

There are also a number of routine Doctors appointments you can book on-line  - again contact Reception for a log-in and password.

Patient Participation Group.

The practice has set up a Patient Participation Group and the next meeting will be on Thursday 23rd February. To join the group email jackiedawson@nhs.net or ring the surgery and ask to speak to Jackie.


Opening Hours

Restricted service in Dispensary.

Due to staff shortages there is currently a restricted service in our Dispensary. On Thursdays and Fridays the opening hours will be 4.15 pm - 6 pm. Please allow 4 working days for all repeat prescription requests during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience.


Patient Feedback 

We have listened to the comments made by our Patients and we are pleased to advise that we are now offering routine appointments (which must be booked in advance) between 7.00 am - 8.00 am weekday mornings and some Saturday mornings.

Additionally contact with us should now be easier with our new telephone system.
